This course explores the foundational principles and hands-on applications of Craniosacral Therapy (CST), emphasizing the practitioner’s ability to listen—with their hands, intuition, and nervous system. Therapists will learn how to perceive craniosacral rhythm, assess restrictions, and apply light-touch techniques to support the body’s innate self-corrective mechanisms. The course also integrates intuitive awareness practices to help practitioners attune to the subtle language of the body.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to: Identify the craniosacral system and its physiological components. Detect the cranial rhythmic impulse and recognize asymmetries or restrictions. Apply gentle CST techniques. Demonstrate improved intuitive listening and energetic presence during bodywork. Integrate CST principles safely into massage or bodywork sessions.
